  1. Prepare the egg mixture:
      • In a small bowl, crack the egg.
      • Add chopped parsley, yogurt, and salt.
      • Mix everything well.
  2. Cook the base:
      • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
      • Pour in the egg mixture.
      • Immediately place a flatbread on top of the egg.
      • Cook for 3–4 minutes, until the egg is set.
  3. Assemble the filling:
      • Flip the flatbread carefully.
      • Add slices of cheddar cheese and chicken ham on top.
      • Let it cook for another 5 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt.
  4. Finish it off:
      • Remove from the pan and top with sliced tomato and lettuce.
      • Drizzle with spicy mayonnaise (or any preferred sauce).
      • Fold or roll up and serve hot.
