  1. Season the chicken:
      • Cut 3 pieces of chicken breast into cubes and place them in a bowl.
      • Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, dried chili, paprika, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix well.
  2. Cook the chicken:
      • In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the seasoned chicken until it gets some color. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Kaiser:
      • Slice the Kaiser into thin slices. Add to the same pan and fry until crispy. Set aside.
  4. Prepare the potatoes:
      • Slice 4 medium-sized potatoes very thinly (the thinner, the faster it cooks).
      • Grate mozzarella cheese.
  5. Combine the ingredients:
      • In a large bowl, mix the sliced potatoes, cooked chicken, and fried Kaiser.
      • Add yellow peppers, grated mozzarella, and a bit of oil from the Kaiser.
      • Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
      • Add 50 ml of cooking cream and mix everything well.
  6. Assemble and bake:
      • Transfer the mixture to a baking tray.
      • Add another 50 ml of cooking cream and 50 ml of water.
      • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
  7. Finish the dish:
      • After baking, top the dish with grated cheddar cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
