Season the chicken:

- Cut 3 pieces of chicken breast into cubes and place them in a bowl.
- Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, dried chili, paprika, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix well.

Cook the chicken:

- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the seasoned chicken until it gets some color. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the Kaiser:

- Slice the Kaiser into thin slices. Add to the same pan and fry until crispy. Set aside.

Prepare the potatoes:

- Slice 4 medium-sized potatoes very thinly (the thinner, the faster it cooks).
- Grate mozzarella cheese.

Combine the ingredients:

- In a large bowl, mix the sliced potatoes, cooked chicken, and fried Kaiser.
- Add yellow peppers, grated mozzarella, and a bit of oil from the Kaiser.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add 50 ml of cooking cream and mix everything well.

Assemble and bake:

- Transfer the mixture to a baking tray.
- Add another 50 ml of cooking cream and 50 ml of water.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200°C (392°F).

- After baking, top the dish with grated cheddar cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
