  1. Prepare the Pancake Batter:
      • In a large bowl, break 3 eggs and add a pinch of salt. Mix well.
      • Add 1 cup water, 1 cup milk, and 3 tablespoons oil. Stir until combined.
      • Gradually add 1 ½ cups flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder, mixing until smooth.
  2. Cook the Pancakes:
      • Heat a pan and grease it lightly with sunflower oil.
      • Using a ladle, pour the batter into the pan. Cook until the edges start to dry.
      • Flip the pancake and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the Filling:
      • Turn the pancake back over and add slices of ham and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese (or your choice of cheese).
      • Let it cook for another 2 minutes, gently moving the pancake around until the cheese melts.
    Once the cheese has melted, your savory pancakes are ready to enjoy!
