Prepare the Pancake Batter:

- In a large bowl, break 3 eggs and add a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Add 1 cup water, 1 cup milk, and 3 tablespoons oil. Stir until combined.
- Gradually add 1 ½ cups flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder, mixing until smooth.

Cook the Pancakes:

- Heat a pan and grease it lightly with sunflower oil.
- Using a ladle, pour the batter into the pan. Cook until the edges start to dry.
- Flip the pancake and cook for another minute.

Add the Filling:

- Turn the pancake back over and add slices of ham and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese (or your choice of cheese).
- Let it cook for another 2 minutes, gently moving the pancake around until the cheese melts.
