Prepare the Cream Filling
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cream, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Add rum essence (or vanilla essence) and mix again. Set the cream aside.

- In a plate, pour 200 ml of milk (or coffee if you prefer).
- Take one biscuit, spread a layer of cream filling on top, and then place another biscuit on top to form a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.
- Place the assembled biscuits on a tray.

Coat with Coconut
- Pour 3-4 tablespoons of coconut milk into a tray.
- Carefully dip each biscuit sandwich into the milk (do not soak them too much).
- Immediately roll each biscuit sandwich in shredded coconut until all sides are coated.
