Boil the Chicken:

- Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and place them in a pot with clean water, salt, and ½ onion.
- Boil for 15–20 minutes until cooked, then set aside to cool.
- In a separate pot, boil the chicken breast for about 25 minutes. Let it cool afterward.

Prepare the Green Onion Mixture:

- Finely chop the green onion (and green garlic if using).
- Sauté in butter with a pinch of salt until softened.
- Set aside to cool.

Chop the Meat:

- Once cooled, cut both the thighs and chicken breast into cubes (uniform size not necessary).

Combine the Ingredients:

- In a large bowl, combine:
- Chopped chicken meat
- Cooked and cooled green onion mixture
- Chopped parsley and dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 beaten eggs
- In a large bowl, combine:

Assemble the Drob:

- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
- Beat the remaining 2 eggs and pour them over the top to create a golden crust.

- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
