Prepare the Dough:

- In a large bowl, combine 330g of flour, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
- Add 120g of cold butter and mix with your fingers until the mixture resembles a sandy texture.
- Add 200g of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, and 2 small egg yolks. Mix until the dough is no longer sticky.
- If needed, add a little more flour to make the dough smooth.
- Place the dough in the freezer to chill while preparing the filling.

Prepare the Walnut Filling:

- In a separate bowl, beat 2 egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar until creamy and stiff.
- Gradually incorporate 220g of ground walnuts and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence. Mix well.

Shape the Cornuri (Crescents):

- Dust the work surface with a little flour. Divide the dough into four equal pieces.
- Take one piece, add a little more flour, and roll it out into an approximate round shape.
- Cut the dough into 8 wedges.
- Place a small amount of walnut filling on the wide end of each wedge, then roll each piece into a crescent shape.

Bake the Cornuri:

- Place the prepared crescent rolls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.
