  1. Prepare the Meat:
      • Cut 2 pieces of pork into cubes.
      • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the pork until the color fades.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:
      • While the meat is cooking, chop 1 medium onion.
      • Grate half a carrot and slice the other half.
      • Cut 3 medium potatoes into larger cubes.
  3. Make the Soup Base:
      • Once the meat is ready, add 1.5 liters of water and season with salt.
      • Bring it to a boil and let it cook for 25 minutes.
  4. Add the Vegetables:
      • Add the chopped onion, grated carrot, sliced carrot, and 1 red pepper cut into cubes.
      • Remove any foam that forms on the surface.
  5. Prepare the Cream Mixture:
      • In a bowl, mix 100 ml of cream and 2 egg yolks.
  6. Add the Potatoes:
      • Add the 3 medium-sized potatoes to the soup along with more water if necessary, and let it cook.
  7. Blend Potatoes with Cream:
      • Once the potatoes are soft, remove about 5-6 potatoes from the soup and mash them.
      • Gradually add the mashed potatoes to the soup and stir.
  8. Finish the Soup:
      • Season with salt and add borscht (to taste).
      • Finish with plenty of chopped parsley.
  9. Serve and Enjoy:
      • Serve the hot, creamy potato soup with pork. Enjoy!
