- Crack the eggs into another bowl.
- Add a little salt.
- Beat well until combined.

Coat the Chicken
- Take each piece of chicken and coat it:
- First in the seasoned flour
- Then in the beaten eggs
- Again in the seasoned flour
- Make sure each piece is evenly coated.

- Melt a little butter in a well-heated pan.
- Fry the chicken over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
