Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms

Prepare the Beef:
- Dry the beef with a napkin and season it with salt, black pepper, paprika, and flour.
- Mix the beef well to coat it evenly with the seasoning.

Cook the Beef:
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the beef and fry it until browned on all sides, then remove it from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables:
- In the same pan, add onion and sauté it for a few minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and mushrooms, and sauté until the mushrooms are cooked through and browned.

Make the Sauce:
- Add heavy cream and 500 ml water to the pan with the mushrooms and onions.
- Stir in tomato paste, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Return the cooked beef to the pan and let everything simmer together for 10–15 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.

- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve the Beef Stroganoff with rice, mashed potatoes, or your preferred side.
