- Add the ground pork.
- Cook until browned and lightly caramelized.

- Add the chopped onion.

- Add the grated carrots.
- Stir in the bay leaf.
- Season with salt.
- Cook until the vegetables soften.

- Add the tomato paste.

- Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let the filling cool slightly.

Prepare the Flatbreads
- Cut each flatbread in half if not already prepared.
- Place cheddar cheese on each flatbread piece.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of the meat filling on top of the cheese.
