- Fold each square diagonally to form triangles (do not roll them out).
- Place the triangles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
- Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool completely before filling.

Make the White Chocolate Cream:

- Melt the white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Whip the heavy cream for about 2 minutes until it starts to thicken.
- Gradually add the cooled white chocolate to the whipped cream and mix for another 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer the cream to a piping bag.
