  1. Prepare the Puff Pastry:
      • Cut the puff pastry into squares.
      • Fold each square diagonally to form triangles (do not roll them out).
      • Place the triangles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
      • Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
      • Let them cool completely before filling.

  1. Make the White Chocolate Cream:
      • Melt the white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
      • Whip the heavy cream for about 2 minutes until it starts to thicken.
      • Gradually add the cooled white chocolate to the whipped cream and mix for another 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
      • Transfer the cream to a piping bag.
  2. Prepare the Strawberries:
      • Slice the fresh strawberries into thin slices or small cubes, based on preference.
  3. Assemble the Pastries:
      • Take each puff triangle and slice it open halfway like a sandwich—don’t cut all the way through.
      • Pipe the white chocolate cream inside.
      • Add sliced strawberries on top of the cream.
      • Optionally, dust with powdered sugar for an elegant finish.
