Prepare the Dough:

- In a large bowl, combine 200 g of flour and 100 ml of warm water. Mix well until the dough starts to come together.
- Transfer the dough to a clean surface and knead for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth, hard, and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Shape the Dough:

- After resting, knead the dough for another 5-7 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball, as shown in the video.

Roll Out the Dough:

- Take one ball of dough and, using a rolling pin, roll it out as thin as possible on your work surface.
- If the dough is too sticky, you can use a little extra flour to help.

Cook the Flatbreads:

- Heat a pan over high heat.
- Place the rolled-out dough into the hot pan and cook it on both sides until it has a light golden color, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Avoid overcooking, as it will dry out and become tough.

Serve:

- Once cooked, remove the flatbread from the pan and repeat with the remaining dough balls.
