Potato Salad (Salată de Cartofi)

Prepare the potatoes:

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cover them with cold water in a pot.

Sprinkle with salt and boil until soft.

Once cooked, place on a tray lined with baking paper and crush them slightly.
