  1. Prepare the Meat and Onion

    1. Add the potatoes and carrots to the pan.
    2. Pour in enough water to cover everything.

    4. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes become soft and the flavors have blended.
