Prepare the Meat and Onion
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the caesar meat (or other meat of your choice) and smoked sausages to the pan.
- Fry the meat for a few minutes until it gets some color.
- Add the finely chopped onion to the pan and continue frying for about 2 minutes, until the onion softens.

Add Vegetables and Tomato
- While the meat and onion are cooking, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes and carrots into cubes (or grate them if you prefer).
- Add the tomato juice (or tomato paste) over the meat and onion mixture. Let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Cook the Stew
- Add the potatoes and carrots to the pan.
- Pour in enough water to cover everything.
- Add a bay leaf for extra flavor (optional) and season with salt.
- Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes become soft and the flavors have blended.
