Prepare the Meat:

- Cut the pork ribs into cubes and place them in a large pot.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot and add the meat.
- Fry the meat until it takes on a light color.
- Add enough water to cover the meat and bring to a boil. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables:

- While the meat is cooking, chop the onion, red bell pepper, celery, and carrot into small pieces or cubes.
- Set the vegetables aside for later use.

Continue Cooking the Meat:

- After 10 minutes, discard the water and replace it with fresh water to cover the meat.
- In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the chopped vegetables.
- Fry the vegetables until they get a little color and soften.

Combine and Cook:

- Add the sautéed vegetables to the soup pot with the meat.
- Add the 2 potatoes (cut into cubes) and 2 bay leaves.
- Let the soup cook until the potatoes are tender.

Prepare the Creamy Mixture:

- In a separate bowl, mix 150 ml cooking cream with 2 egg yolks until smooth.
- Take some of the hot soup and slowly add it to the creamy mixture to temper it, stirring continuously.
- Pour the creamy mixture back into the soup, stirring constantly.

Season the Soup:

- Season the soup with salt to taste.
- If you like it sour, add some borscht to the soup and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
