Save money and make pizza at home, it is a thousand times tastier than the one at the restaurant. The little ones were hungry so I obeyed the requirements and got to work.

In a large bowl, I poured warm water, a spoonful of sugar, yeast, mixed everything well, then added 430g of bread flour.

When the dough started to form, I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil and started to knead it for about 10 minutes on the work surface. (you can add a little flour if it is too sticky)

I greased a bowl with oil, added the dough, covered it and let it rise for an hour.

For the sauce, I used half a can in its own juice, 2 cloves of garlic that I grated, I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a little salt, oregano, pepper and I mashed everything very well

From this amount of dough you will get two small pizzas, or one made in the black square oven tray.

I sprinkled some semolina and shaped the dough with my fingers.

I put the tray in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes

I cut 200g of mozzarella into cubes, I also used olives that I cut into slices

I spread it with half the amount of sauce, I sprinkled oregano, I also used cheddar cheese, olives, salami, you can use whatever you have and whatever you like, mozzarella and I put the pan in the oven for another 20 minutes
