Prepare the Batter:

- Crack the 4 eggs into a large bowl.
- Add 200g sugar and mix well until combined.
- Pour in 40ml vegetable oil and add vanilla essence. Mix everything well.

Make the Biscuit Dough:

- Gradually add 740g flour and 1 tablespoon baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix everything until it forms a dough.
- If you want to make fewer biscuits, you can halve the quantity of ingredients.

Shape and Prepare Apples:

- Shape the dough into small biscuit portions and place them on a tray.
- Peel and cut the 3-4 apples into cubes.
- Place the apple cubes on top of each biscuit.

Bake:

- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake the biscuits for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown on top.
