  1. Prepare the Batter:
      • Crack the 4 eggs into a large bowl.
      • Add 200g sugar and mix well until combined.
      • Pour in 40ml vegetable oil and add vanilla essence. Mix everything well.
  2. Make the Biscuit Dough:
      • Gradually add 740g flour and 1 tablespoon baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix everything until it forms a dough.
      • If you want to make fewer biscuits, you can halve the quantity of ingredients.
  3. Shape and Prepare Apples:
      • Shape the dough into small biscuit portions and place them on a tray.
      • Peel and cut the 3-4 apples into cubes.
      • Place the apple cubes on top of each biscuit.
  4. Bake:
      • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
      • Bake the biscuits for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown on top.
  5. Serve:
      • Let the biscuits cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea!
