Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
- Peel the potatoes and place them in a large saucepan.
- Cover the potatoes with cold, clean water and rinse them well.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 sprig of rosemary (optional).
- Boil the potatoes until they are soft. Once they are cooked, drain the water.
- Mash the potatoes in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, pepper, and a little milk. Mix everything until you get a creamy consistency.

Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Coat the 3 chicken breasts (cut in half) with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until fully cooked.

Prepare the Salad
- In a separate bowl, combine diced tomatoes, diced avocado, chopped onions, and fresh parsley.
- Season with salt, pepper, and mix in 1 tablespoon of yogurt for creaminess.

Bake the Mashed Potatoes
- Transfer the mashed potatoes to an oven-safe pan.
- Grate 50-60 grams of cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer) and sprinkle it over the mashed potatoes.
- Season with pepper and oregano.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and golden, about 10-15 minutes.

- Serve the oven-baked mashed potatoes alongside the baked chicken breasts and the salad.
