Prepare the fish:

- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In an ovenproof tray, drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Place the fish fillets in the tray and season with salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, sweet paprika, and oregano.
- Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon over the fish and mix everything well.
- Place a few lemon slices under the fish and a few on top.
- Sprinkle dried chili flakes if using.
- Bake for 30 minutes.

Prepare the garlic sauce:

- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic with salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil until creamy.
- Add lemon juice, chopped parsley, and dried chili flakes. Mix well and set aside.

Baste the fish:

- After 20 minutes of baking, remove the fish from the oven and baste it with its own juices.
- Return it to the oven for the remaining 10 minutes.

Prepare the buttered vegetables:

- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.
- Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
