For the garlic sauce:

  1. Prepare the fish:
      • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
      • In an ovenproof tray, drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
      • Place the fish fillets in the tray and season with salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, sweet paprika, and oregano.
      • Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon over the fish and mix everything well.
      • Place a few lemon slices under the fish and a few on top.
      • Sprinkle dried chili flakes if using.
      • Bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the garlic sauce:
      • In a bowl, mix the minced garlic with salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil until creamy.
      • Add lemon juice, chopped parsley, and dried chili flakes. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Baste the fish:
      • After 20 minutes of baking, remove the fish from the oven and baste it with its own juices.
      • Return it to the oven for the remaining 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare the buttered vegetables:
      • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.
      • Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 10 minutes.
      • Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Serve & enjoy:
      • Serve the fish hot with buttered vegetables on the side.
      • Drizzle with the garlic sauce for extra flavor.
