    • Slice the onion and separate the layers with your fingers.
    • Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.

    • In a baking tray, combine:
      • Olive oil
      • Tomato paste
      • Crushed garlic
      • Salt
      • Black pepper
      • Sweet paprika
      • Oregano
      • A splash of water
    • Mix well until a loose paste forms.
  1. Coat the Vegetables

    • Add the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper to the tray.
    • Mix thoroughly with your hands until all the vegetables are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
