- Put the pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
-
Prepare the Broccoli
- Break the broccoli into small florets.
- Boil the broccoli in salted water until tender (about 5-7 minutes), then drain.

Make the Roasted Tomato and Garlic Sauce
- While the fish is baking, cut the tomatoes in half and place them in the oven to roast alongside the fish (or use an already roasted tomato).

- Finely chop the tomatoes or use a food processor.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Add the chopped garlic, tomatoes, a little salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a bowl.
- Add a few sprigs of chili for a spicy kick (optional).
- Stir well to combine and create a flavorful sauce.
-
Assemble and Serve
- Once the fish and potatoes are cooked, remove the pan from the oven.
- Serve the baked fish and potatoes with the boiled broccoli on the side.
- Drizzle the roasted tomato and garlic sauce over the fish and vegetables.
