Prepare the Strawberry Jelly:
- In a pot over medium heat, add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, then blend the mixture until smooth.
- Let the purée cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix gelatin with 3–4 tbsp of water and let it bloom for a few minutes.
- Add the hydrated gelatin to the warm strawberry purée and mix well. Set aside.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla, soft butter, and sugar.
- Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Dessert:
- Soak the chocolate biscuits in milk one at a time and arrange them in a single layer in a 25x35 cm tray.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the biscuit layer.
- Soak and place the vanilla biscuits on top of the cream layer, forming the second layer.
- Pour the strawberry jelly evenly over the top.

- Place the tray in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or until the jelly sets completely.
