  1. In a well-heated pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the sliced mushrooms. Fry them until they brown.
  2. Add the finely chopped garlic clove and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and remove the mushrooms from the pan onto a plate.
  3. In the same pan, add the beaten eggs and spread them evenly over the surface.
  4. Dip the slices of bread in the egg mixture and fry them in the pan.
  5. On one of the fried bread slices, add a tablespoon of spicy mayonnaise (optional), then the omelette, ham, mozzarella, and mushrooms.
  6. Wrap the sandwich and leave it in the pan for a few more minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Enjoy this deliciousness!
