Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- Chop a handful of fresh parsley and place it in a bowl (you can substitute spinach or skip the greens).
- Crack 2 eggs into the bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt.
- Mix everything well and set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich:
- Cut 1 baguette in half lengthwise (you can use any bread you prefer).
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the two halves of the baguette on it.
- Pour the egg mixture into the center of the bread.
- Add slices of ham (or salami) on top of the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle a handful of shredded mozzarella over the meat.
- Season with a pinch of granulated garlic, if desired.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle oregano over everything.
