  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture:

    2. Crack 2 eggs into the bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt.
    3. Mix everything well and set aside.

    1. Cut 1 baguette in half lengthwise (you can use any bread you prefer).
    2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the two halves of the baguette on it.
    3. Pour the egg mixture into the center of the bread.
    4. Add slices of ham (or salami) on top of the egg mixture.
    5. Sprinkle a handful of shredded mozzarella over the meat.
    6. Season with a pinch of granulated garlic, if desired.
    7. Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle oregano over everything.
  3. Bake the Sandwich:
    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
    2. Place the assembled sandwich in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted.
