Prepare the Puff Pastry

- Roll out the chilled puff pastry on a work surface.
- Cut it into thin strips or small pieces.
- Score or cut the dough to prevent excessive puffing and help it bake evenly.

Bake the Puff Pastry
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Arrange the pastry pieces in a single layer.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Prepare the Pudding
- In a large saucepan, add the milk.
- Add the strawberry pudding powder.
- Add the sugar.
- Add the vanilla essence.
- Whisk well until there are no lumps.

Cook the Pudding
- Place the saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook according to the package instructions.
- Stir continuously until thickened.

- Remove the pudding from the heat.
