Prep the Meat:

- Cut the meat into cubes and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well to coat.

- Dice the potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, celery, green onions, and smash the garlic cloves.

- In a large oven-safe baking dish, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
