Prepare the Salad

- Peel and pit the avocado, then mash the flesh with a fork until smooth.
- Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt to the mashed avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a little water to reach your desired consistency, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and dill, and mix everything well.
