Mix the chicken wings with the spices and olive oil.

Grease a baking tray with a little oil or line it with parchment paper.

Arrange the chicken wings on the tray and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

For the garlic sauce, grate the garlic, add salt, and mash until it becomes a puree.

Incorporate the olive oil and add the heavy cream. Optionally, sprinkle with parsley.

For the glaze, heat the remaining olive oil from the chicken wings in a hot pan, add the finely chopped garlic with parsley, and the honey, cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken wings to the glaze and toss to coat.
