Prepare the Baking Tray
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Grease a 24 cm baking tray with 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of sugar over the buttered tray.
- Slice 4 ripe bananas and arrange them evenly on the bottom of the tray. Set aside.

Prepare the Cake Batter
- Crack 5 large eggs (or 6 small eggs) into a large bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the eggs.
- Use a whisk to mix everything well until combined.
- Pour in 1 cup of oil (or melted butter) and 1 cup of kefir (or yogurt), then stir to incorporate.
- Gradually add 2 cups of flour, mixing until the batter is smooth.

- Pour the prepared batter over the arranged bananas in the baking tray.

- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean when tested in the center of the cake.
