  1. Prepare the Yeast
    1. In a small bowl, add 400 ml of warm water.
    2. Sprinkle 3 grams of dry yeast into the water and stir well until the yeast is dissolved.
  2. Mix the Dough
    1. In a large bowl, add 413 grams of bread flour and a pinch of salt.
    2. Pour the yeast-water mixture into the flour and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until a dough forms. The dough will be very soft and sticky, which is normal.
    3. Make sure there are no lumps or dry spots in the dough.
  3. Let the Dough Rise
    1. Clean the sides of the bowl and shape the dough into a ball.
    2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for at least 5 hours at room temperature.
  4. Shape the Bread
    1. After the dough has risen, sprinkle some flour on your work surface and place the dough on it.
    2. Do not knead the dough at this point. Simply dust it with flour to prevent it from sticking.
    3. Transfer the dough into a cold pot lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the Bread
    1. Cover the pot with a lid and place it into a cold oven set to 200°C (392°F).
    2. Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on.
    3. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for an additional 30 minutes without the lid, so the bread can form a golden, crispy crust.
  6. Serve
    1. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
