Prepare the Yeast
- In a small bowl, add 400 ml of warm water.
- Sprinkle 3 grams of dry yeast into the water and stir well until the yeast is dissolved.

Mix the Dough
- In a large bowl, add 413 grams of bread flour and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the yeast-water mixture into the flour and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until a dough forms. The dough will be very soft and sticky, which is normal.
- Make sure there are no lumps or dry spots in the dough.

Let the Dough Rise
- Clean the sides of the bowl and shape the dough into a ball.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for at least 5 hours at room temperature.

Shape the Bread
- After the dough has risen, sprinkle some flour on your work surface and place the dough on it.
- Do not knead the dough at this point. Simply dust it with flour to prevent it from sticking.
- Transfer the dough into a cold pot lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Bread
- Cover the pot with a lid and place it into a cold oven set to 200°C (392°F).
- Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on.
- After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for an additional 30 minutes without the lid, so the bread can form a golden, crispy crust.

- Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
