  1. Prepare the Chicken Legs:
      • Remove the bone from the chicken legs and place them in a large bowl.
      • Add 2 cloves of grated garlic, a small piece of grated ginger, salt, pepper, sweet paprika (or spicy if preferred), 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
      • Mix everything together well.
  2. Coat the Chicken:
      • In a separate plate, beat 3 eggs well.
      • In another plate, place flour and add a pinch of salt, mixing it together.
      • Dip the chicken in the flour mixture, then the eggs, and coat it in the flour again.
      • Shake off any excess flour and place the chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
      • Drizzle a little olive oil over the chicken legs.
  3. Bake the Chicken:
      • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
      • Place the chicken legs in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on top.
  4. Prepare the Potatoes:
      • Cut the potatoes into pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
      • Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well to coat.
      • Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes, until crispy.
  5. Assemble the Dish:
      • Once the potatoes are cooked, grate some Parmesan and sprinkle it on top of the potatoes.
      • Finely chop fresh dill and sprinkle it over the potatoes and chicken.
  6. Serve & Enjoy:
      • Serve the crispy chicken legs alongside the seasoned potatoes, garnished with Parmesan and fresh dill. Enjoy this simple and delicious meal!
