- Add 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning, salt, black pepper, and juice from half a lemon.
- Incorporate everything well using your hands.
- Add 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs to the mixture and mix again.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.

- Cut the mozzarella into cubes (the size doesn't need to be exact, just small enough to fit inside the meatballs).

- Seal the meat around the cheese, making sure the mozzarella is completely enclosed to prevent it from melting out during frying.

- Fry the meatballs for a few minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
