Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine 250 g cold lard, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 200 g yogurt.
- Mix everything well until smooth and creamy.
- Add vanilla extract to taste.
- Gradually add 550 g flour and mix until the dough forms a non-sticky consistency. You may need to add a little more flour if necessary.

Chill the Dough
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
- Wrap each piece of dough in plastic wrap and place them in the fridge for 10 minutes to chill.

Roll Out the Dough
- After chilling, dust your work surface with a little flour.
- Take each piece of dough and flatten it using a rolling pin.
- Place a plate on top to create a circle and cut out the shape with a knife.
- Cut each circle into 16 equal pieces.

Add Filling and Roll
- Place a small piece of rye, jam, or walnuts (whatever you prefer) in the center of each piece.
- Roll the dough into small, filled parcels.

Bake
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the prepared corn pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until they brown slightly on top.

- Once baked, allow them to cool slightly and serve.
- Enjoy with a hot cup of coffee or tea!
