  1. Prepare the Dough
    1. In a large bowl, combine 250 g cold lard, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 200 g yogurt.
    2. Mix everything well until smooth and creamy.
    3. Add vanilla extract to taste.
    4. Gradually add 550 g flour and mix until the dough forms a non-sticky consistency. You may need to add a little more flour if necessary.
  2. Chill the Dough
    1. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
    2. Wrap each piece of dough in plastic wrap and place them in the fridge for 10 minutes to chill.
  3. Roll Out the Dough
    1. After chilling, dust your work surface with a little flour.
    2. Take each piece of dough and flatten it using a rolling pin.
    3. Place a plate on top to create a circle and cut out the shape with a knife.
    4. Cut each circle into 16 equal pieces.
  4. Add Filling and Roll
    1. Place a small piece of rye, jam, or walnuts (whatever you prefer) in the center of each piece.
    2. Roll the dough into small, filled parcels.
  5. Bake
    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
    2. Place the prepared corn pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until they brown slightly on top.
  6. Serve
    1. Once baked, allow them to cool slightly and serve.
    2. Enjoy with a hot cup of coffee or tea!
