Prepare the Ingredients:
- Grate 100 g cheddar cheese.
- Finely chop ½ red bell pepper and ½ yellow bell pepper into small cubes. Set aside.

Prepare the Puff Pastry:
- Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato paste on half of the dough.
- Season with salt and oregano to taste.
- Layer thin slices of ham and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Assemble the Puff Pastry Tree:
- Place the second half of the dough on top and seal the edges.
- Press everything down gently with your fingers, then roll it out with a rolling pin to make sure it's compact.
- Using a knife, cut the dough into strips about 2 cm wide.
- Shape the strips into mini tree shapes using toothpicks to help form the center.

Bake the Tree Pizzas:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the formed mini trees on a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix 1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of milk.
- Brush the egg mixture over the dough.
- Decorate the mini trees with pepper pieces.

- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
