  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    1. Grate 100 g cheddar cheese.
    2. Finely chop ½ red bell pepper and ½ yellow bell pepper into small cubes. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Puff Pastry:
    1. Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface.
    2. Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato paste on half of the dough.
    3. Season with salt and oregano to taste.
    4. Layer thin slices of ham and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Assemble the Puff Pastry Tree:
    1. Place the second half of the dough on top and seal the edges.
    2. Press everything down gently with your fingers, then roll it out with a rolling pin to make sure it's compact.
    3. Using a knife, cut the dough into strips about 2 cm wide.
    4. Shape the strips into mini tree shapes using toothpicks to help form the center.
  4. Bake the Tree Pizzas:
    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
    2. Place the formed mini trees on a baking tray.
    3. In a bowl, mix 1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of milk.
    4. Brush the egg mixture over the dough.
    5. Decorate the mini trees with pepper pieces.
  5. Baking:
    1. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
