  1. Prepare the Dough:
      • In a bowl, whisk together 1 egg, egg yolk, yogurt, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder until smooth.
      • Gradually add flour and mix until well combined.
      • Cut in the soft butter and knead the dough until smooth.
      • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Filling:
      • In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla extract, and flour until smooth.
      • Add the lemon zest and cream cheese and mix until well combined.
      • Gently fold in the cherries or raisins.
  3. Assemble the Cake:
      • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
      • Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface and press it into the base of a baking pan.
      • Pour the cheese filling over the dough.
  4. Bake the Cake:
      • Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
  5. Cool and Refrigerate:
      • Allow the cake to cool down completely.
      • For best results, refrigerate overnight. You can also enjoy it right away if you can't wait!
