Prepare the Dough:

- In a bowl, whisk together 1 egg, egg yolk, yogurt, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder until smooth.
- Gradually add flour and mix until well combined.
- Cut in the soft butter and knead the dough until smooth.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Prepare the Cheese Filling:

- In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla extract, and flour until smooth.
- Add the lemon zest and cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the cherries or raisins.

Assemble the Cake:

- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface and press it into the base of a baking pan.
- Pour the cheese filling over the dough.

Bake the Cake:

- Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.

Cool and Refrigerate:

- Allow the cake to cool down completely.
