    2. Gradually add 450 g of flour, mixing until a slightly sticky dough forms.
    3. Cover the dough and let it rest while preparing the filling.
  2. Prepare the Filling
    1. In a separate bowl, combine 450 g of salted goat cheese, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and chopped fresh dill (or green onion, if preferred).
    2. Set the filling mixture aside while working with the dough.
  3. Shape the Pies
    1. Grease your work surface with a little oil.
    2. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
    3. Take one piece of dough and stretch it as much as you can. Then, grease both sides with oil.
    4. Place a generous amount of cheese filling in the center of the stretched dough.
    5. Fold the ends of the dough over the filling and seal the edges to prevent the filling from spilling out.
    6. Flatten the pie slightly with your fingers to create an even shape.
