Prepare the Broccoli:

- Wash the broccoli thoroughly.
- Break it into smaller pieces.
- Boil water in a pot, add salt, and once it starts boiling, add the broccoli.
- Let it boil for about 10 minutes until tender.

Prepare the Vegetables:

- Cut leek, carrot, and celery into small pieces.

Cook the Meat and Vegetables:

- In a pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
- Add 400 grams of minced turkey (or your preferred meat) and the prepared vegetables.
- Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring until the meat changes color.
- Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well.

Add Liquids:

- Pour in about 1 glass of broccoli soup (or vegetable broth) and ½ glass of cooking cream.
- Let it simmer until the liquid reduces.

Assemble the Dish:

- In an oven-safe dish, place the drained broccoli.
- Pour the meat and vegetable mixture over the broccoli.
- Add the boiled pasta and mix gently.
- Grate 50 grams of parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top.
- Add 3 drops of cheddar cheese for extra flavor.

- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
