Broccoli with Pasta and Turkey

  1. Prepare the Broccoli:
      • Wash the broccoli thoroughly.
      • Break it into smaller pieces.
      • Boil water in a pot, add salt, and once it starts boiling, add the broccoli.
      • Let it boil for about 10 minutes until tender.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:
      • Cut leek, carrot, and celery into small pieces.
  3. Cook the Meat and Vegetables:
      • In a pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
      • Add 400 grams of minced turkey (or your preferred meat) and the prepared vegetables.
      • Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring until the meat changes color.
      • Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well.
  4. Add Liquids:
      • Pour in about 1 glass of broccoli soup (or vegetable broth) and ½ glass of cooking cream.
      • Let it simmer until the liquid reduces.
  5. Assemble the Dish:
      • In an oven-safe dish, place the drained broccoli.
      • Pour the meat and vegetable mixture over the broccoli.
      • Add the boiled pasta and mix gently.
      • Grate 50 grams of parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top.
      • Add 3 drops of cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
  6. Bake:
      • Preheat your oven to 200°C.
      • Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve:
      • Remove from the oven and serve hot.
