I used only 3 ingredients, and it was very easy to make. It doesn't require kneading or a mixer. I promise you that after you try this homemade bread recipe, you will never go to the store to buy one again.

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Ensure the water is not too hot.

In a large bowl, combine bread flour, salt, and the yeast-water mixture. Mix well until a dough forms, ensuring there are no lumps. The resulting dough will be soft.

Shape the dough into a ball and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it rise for at least 5 hours.

After 5 hours, sprinkle flour on your work surface and place the dough on it. Be careful not to knead the bread at this point, just add a little flour to prevent sticking.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a cold pot with parchment paper and place the bread dough inside. Cover with the lid.

Bake in the preheated oven for half an hour with the lid on. Then, remove the lid and continue baking for another half an hour until the bread is golden brown.
