  2. Add the Bananas
    1. Peel and slice 2 medium-sized bananas into rounds—not too thick or too thin.
    2. Gently fold the banana slices into the batter, making sure not to break them.
  3. Cook the Pancakes
    1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
    2. Using a fork or spoon, form small portions of the pancake batter and place them in the pan.
    3. Cook the pancakes on one side until golden brown, then flip them over and cook the other side on low heat to ensure they cook evenly without burning.
  4. Serve and Enjoy
