- Immediately add 60 g of butter.
- Stir vigorously until the butter fully melts.

Incorporate Cream:

- Pour in 100 ml of heavy cream.
- Mix until fully combined and smooth.

Final Touch & Simmer:

- Return the pan to medium heat.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Simmer the caramel for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously, until slightly thickened.

- Let it cool before using.
