Prepare the Flatbreads:

- Spread a thin layer of ground meat over one side of each flatbread.
- Season with salt, pepper, and any extra spices you like.

Fry the Flatbreads:

- Heat 2–3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan.
- Place the flatbreads meat-side down and fry for 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Flip them over and cook for another 1 minute on the other side.

Make the Sauce:

- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and a pinch of pepper.

Assemble:

- On each cooked flatbread, layer the special sauce, sliced pickles, chopped onion, and shredded lettuce.
