Prepare the Grapes:

- Wash the grapes well in 2-3 waters, removing the stems.

Cook the Jam:

- Place the grapes in a large pan.
- Add the juice of 1 lemon, 400 grams of sugar, and 50 milliliters of water.
- Mix everything well and bring to low to medium heat.

Sterilize the Jars:

- Sterilize the jars by placing them in the oven at 130°C (266°F) for 20 minutes.

Remove Foam:

- As the jam cooks, foam will form on top. Remove it.

Simmer the Jam:

- Let the jam simmer for 30-35 minutes (depending on the amount), stirring occasionally.
- The jam is ready when a small amount forms a thread between your fingers that does not break.

Store the Jam:
Pour the jam into the sterilized jars, seal, and store
