  1. Prepare the potatoes

    • Place the sliced potatoes directly into a baking tray.

    • Drizzle with olive oil or sunflower oil.

    • Season with salt, paprika, and celery powder.

    • Mix well to coat all the potatoes evenly.

    • Set the tray aside.

  1. Prepare the chicken wings

    • Place the wings in a large bowl.

    • Add sour cream (or yogurt), tomato paste, and milk.

    • Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, and garlic.

    • Add a little olive oil.

    • Mix everything well by hand until fully coated.

  1. Assemble the tray

    • Arrange the seasoned chicken wings over the potatoes in the tray.

    • Spread them evenly so they cook uniformly.

  1. Bake

    • Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F).
