  1. Prepare the sauce:

    • Stir until well combined. Set aside.

  1. Prepare the potatoes and meat:

    • Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes into even pieces.

    • Place the pork neck on a chopping board and pound it with a kitchen hammer to tenderize.

  1. Assemble the dish:

    • In a baking tray, add the sliced potatoes and place the pork neck pieces on top.

    • Pour the sauce over and mix everything well.

    • Arrange the meat on top of the potatoes and add a few sprigs of rosemary.
