  1. Prepare the batter:

    • In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone with a spoon until smooth.

    • Add eggs, butter, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well (hand whisk or mixer).

    • Stir in sugar, then gradually add baking powder and flour in two stages to avoid lumps.

    • If the batter seems too thick, add 2–3 tbsp of milk.

  1. Prepare the tray:

    • Grease a 35x25 cm oven tray with butter or line it with baking paper.

    • Pour in the batter and spread evenly.

  1. Add the fruit:

    • Sprinkle blueberries over the batter.

    • Gently fold them in with a spatula.

  1. Bake:

    • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cake is nicely golden on top.

    • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
