- Line a heat-resistant tray with baking paper.
- Place the chicken wings in the tray.
- Drizzle with 2–3 tablespoons olive oil.
- Season with salt, black pepper, sweet or spicy paprika, garlic powder, and oregano (or your preferred mix of spices).
- Mix well to ensure the wings are fully coated in oil and spices.

- Arrange the wings evenly in the tray.
- Cover with a second piece of lightly oiled baking paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.

Prepare the Garlic-Parsley Sauce

- In a bowl or mortar, combine the grated garlic, salt, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Mash into a paste using the back of a spoon or pestle.
- Add the finely chopped hot pepper and parsley, then mix well.
- Stir in a few tablespoons of water to loosen the sauce.
