Prepare the Base
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Line a resistant oven tray with baking paper.
- Cut 2 rolls (or 2 slices of bread) in half, placing them in the tray.

Make the Filling
- In a large bowl, combine 1 can of drained tuna, finely chopped shallot (or regular onion), and chopped parsley.
- For the decoration, add half a can of sweet corn, 3 finely chopped dried tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix everything well.

Assemble the Toasts
- Spread the tuna mixture slightly over the bread or rolls.
- Top each piece with slices of cheddar cheese.

- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the toasts are golden brown.
