Prepare the zucchini:
- Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
- Season with a little salt and black pepper, then set aside.
- Drain the zucchini after a few minutes (they will release water).

Prepare the filling:
- In a large bowl, beat 3 eggs.
- Add cooking cream, salt, black pepper, and oregano (if using).
- Cut chicken breasts into small, even pieces and add them to the egg mixture.
- Finely chop green onion and stir it into the mixture.
- Add grated cheddar cheese and mix everything well. Set aside.

Assemble the tart:
- Grease an oven-safe pan or baking dish with a little oil.
- Arrange the drained zucchini slices in the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle with a little pepper.
- Pour the chicken-egg-cheese mixture over the zucchini.

Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Bake until the top is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.

Add topping and finish baking:
- Beat 2 more eggs and mix in more grated cheddar cheese.
- Add sliced tomatoes on top.
- Pour the egg-cheese mixture over the tart.
- Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts and the topping sets.
