  1. Prepare the Chicken:
      • Season the chicken pieces with your preferred seasoning.
      • Fry the seasoned chicken in a pan until cooked through. Once done, transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and set aside.
  2. Cook the Vegetables:
      • In the same pan, add the sliced leek, minced garlic cloves, and sliced mushrooms.
      • Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Boil the Potatoes:
      • Add the diced pepper and potatoes to the pan.
      • Pour in about a glass and a half of water and season with salt.
      • Allow the mixture to boil until the potatoes become soft.
  4. Combine and Simmer:
      • Once the potatoes are soft, return the cooked chicken pieces to the pan.
      • Pour in 100 ml of cooking cream and stir everything well.
      • Allow the mixture to boil for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring that everything is heated through and well combined.
  5. Serve:
      • Once the creamy chicken and vegetable mixture is ready, serve it hot.
      • Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs such as parsley or chives for extra flavor and color.
